TSK Defeat STK, Move to Shadowrun Finals

| The Winners Bracket of the Shadowrun Championship Bracket featured two of the three professional teams from the 2007 Boost Mobile MLG Pro Circuit. Top-seeded Shoot to Kill looked to avenge a loss in Orlando to third-seeded Three Shot Killers. The teams clashed on the Xbox 360 Main Stage for the right to move into the Shadowrun Finals. Game 1, Attrition on Power Station, did not open well for the top seed. TSK used a round-one teleport to grab an early advantage, taking the first round and gaining the money and weapon advantage. The result was a 3-0 lead through three rounds. The teams then traded rounds, taking the score to 5-2. StK nabbed another win to narrow the lead to two and looked to make a comeback, but TSK sealed the deal in the next round, winning 6-3. Nistic led the way for TSK with 10 kills to just 6 deaths in a round that was fairly even, kill-wise. Pinnacle hosted Game 2's Extraction affair. Round one was over in fewer than 30 seconds, as TSK shot to an easy win. Perhaps the quickness gave them too much confidence, however, as Nistic foolishly rushed what turned out to be the entire StK team, which allowed his body to be cleared. With the advantage, StK tied the game at one. The teams exchanged rounds once again, before TSK took two straight to make the score 4-2. StK made their stand, not wanting to fall farther behind, as they then won the next two rounds. Tied at four, TSK seized control of the game and pushed to a 6-4 win. ShenPanik put forth a nine-kill, five-death game. The 6-3, 6-4 win moved TSK into the finals. StK will now have to advance from the Losers Bracket Finals if they want a shot at the top prize.
